The location provided easy access to the subway. It was really great! the room had a fridge, i liked this. free coffee was available. It was quite convenient, you know! i found the staff pleasant. This.
the room servicing was only every third day unless you requested it.

Wonderful Location and Comfortable Stay
great location complimentary water friendly staff
The location was Very nice! Close to the 9/11 memorial and several subway stations. Complimentary coffee and water were readily available in the lobby, a very welcome amenity. The staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions.
The vending machine did not work and wasn't repaired .

The hotel restaurant, situated on the 20th floor, features expansive city views that are especially striking in the evening. It provided a beautiful backdrop while I enjoyed a light meal and drinks . The restaurant looked well kept.

I found the staff consistently helpful . My room was always clean upon my return each day. I felt safe within the premises.

the location offered easy access to many attractions! the staff showed genuine kindness. their attentiveness enhanced the experience.
i found that the lighting in the room was somewhat insufficient. it made certain tasks difficult.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to surrounding attractions. a nearby train station provides easy access to multiple lines. this makes exploring the area quite convenient. good bars and shopping are close too.

heated floor room balcony high price
The front desk provided me with a QR code for discounted parking. This code did not work however, causing stress in securing parking. I had to pay a high price. The room had a balcony and heated bathroom floor.
The foam mattress in the bed was just ok.

the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful! marsha-ann, guest experience manager, knows how to do everything in the most gracious way possible. the hotel offers a convenient location in the financial district. luggage drop off was amazing.
I booked a suite with separate sitting area with a sofa bed, but i was told that our suite had been double booked and was no longer available. It was a disappointing start.

There is a water and coffee bar. I found this excellent to have. coffee, tea, and water are available free the whole day. the coffee machine in the lobby is a great touch for quick refreshments.

the location is excellent near several subway stations and battery park! the hotel has a rooftop bar that had nice views. elevator waits were minimal, made getting around the hotel very efficient.

accurate layout amazing angles clear instructions
The room layout was accurate. it was even better in person. the terrace offered amazing angles of the city. instructions for the terrace door were clear. I had no trouble opening it. the room felt warm and cozy.
the coffee machine dispensed coffee that tasted a bit bitter.
